1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through phone, WhatsApp, or our website are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.

2. Payment Policy

Customers may be required to pay an advance amount to confirm their booking. The remaining balance must be paid at the start or end of the trip as agreed.

We accept payments through cash, UPI, or other available payment methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers are requested to inform us as early as possible in case of cancellation.

  • Cancellation before trip time may be eligible for refund depending on the circumstances.
  • Last-minute cancellations may incur charges.

4. Travel Responsibility

Varahi Travels strives to provide safe and comfortable travel. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Mechanical issues beyond control

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave responsibly during the journey.

The company reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund if passengers engage in illegal, abusive, or unsafe behavior.

6. Luggage Policy

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Varahi Travels will not be responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

7. Vehicle & Driver

We provide well-maintained vehicles and experienced drivers. However, in case of emergencies, the company reserves the right to replace the vehicle or driver if necessary.

8. Service Area

9. Pricing
