1. Booking Cancellation

Customers may cancel their booking before the trip begins by contacting us through phone or WhatsApp.

Refunds will only be considered if the cancellation is made before the vehicle is dispatched or the trip begins.


2. Refund Eligibility

If a booking is cancelled before the car is taken for the trip, the refund will be processed after reviewing the booking details.

Depending on the circumstances, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable service charges.


3. Trip Investigation

In certain cases, refunds may be determined after reviewing the trip details and booking information.

The refund amount will be decided based on:

  • Booking time
  • Cancellation timing
  • Distance scheduled for the trip
  • Operational costs already incurred

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation after the trip has started
  • Last-minute cancellations after vehicle dispatch
  • No-show by the customer at the pickup location

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or any mutually agreed method.
